My Gluten Free Weekly Meal Plan




Yesterday my girl friend and I made a trip to a great farm/veggie market in Richmond, BC, the Richmond Country Farm.  So my fridge is fully stocked and this week's meals are based around the awesome spray-free and local veggies.

That means that the theme of this week's meals is simple and easy!


Here's what we're eating this week:

Apple Cinnamon Stew with root veggies
Sunday
Dinner at the in-laws
Monday
Frozen Brown Rice with steamed veggies
Tuesday
Hubby makes dinner
Wednesday
Leftover brown rice with Steamed Kale and Beet Salad
Thursday
Roasted Root Veggies and focaccia bread from my book Living with Oral Allergy Syndrome  

Friday
Scrounging through leftovers!
